1. Booking Your Slot
Everything starts with a quick message or a few clicks. You can book GoSpa PH by filling out our booking form here.
You get to choose the exact time that fits your personal schedule, whether it’s a mid-day break or a late-night wind-down. Once you’ve picked your favorite massage, we’ll confirm the availability and settle the payment via GCash or Bank Transfer to lock in your slot. This keeps everything seamless, so there’s no messy cash handling to worry about during your actual relaxation time!

Reschedules are allowed at least 3 days prior to your booking schedule. No refunds will be accommodated on the same day.
2. Setting Up Your Space
About 15 minutes before your therapist arrives, it’s time to prep your space. You don’t need a professional massage room. A sofa may not be an option since it’s not levelled. A bedroom works perfectly.
To ensure a smooth and relaxing session, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Your Space – Since it’s your home, you’re in control! Feel free to dim the lights, light your favorite candle, or play your own playlist. Just make sure the area is well-ventilated (don’t forget to turn on the AC or electric fan!) and that you have your own towels ready for the service.
- Gate & Condo Permits – To avoid any delays, please make sure all necessary guest permits for your condo, townhouse, or subdivision are settled before our therapists arrive. It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure visitors are allowed in, as we won’t be able to offer refunds for cancellations due to access issues at the gate!
- For Fur Parents – We love your pets, but we ask that you kindly manage your fur babies during the session. For everyone’s safety, clients will be held liable for any incidents or harm to our staff.
- Health First – To keep our community safe, clients with a fever will not be accommodated. Please note that no refunds will be made should you book with an existing condition, so it’s best to reschedule if you’re feeling under the weather!
3. The Arrival and Protocol
When our therapists arrive at your doorstep, the first thing they’ll do is prioritize hygiene. To ensure your space remains a clean sanctuary, our team will immediately switch into a fresh, disinfected set of uniforms upon entering your home.
We take your safety seriously, so we also follow strict sanitization protocols for all our tools and equipment before every session. Once they are changed and ready, prepare your towels and lay one on the bed to prevent oil from staining your linens or seeping into the mattress. This keeps your home just as clean and fresh as when we first walked in.
4. Your Treatment
This is where the magic happens. Whether it’s a 90-minute Swedish massage or a cupping therapy, our therapists perform exactly what’s in your booking summary. Just let them know if the pressure is right. Remember, our Swedish and Lymphatic sessions are designed for that “soft to moderate” soothing feel.
5. No Post-Massage Commute
Once the session is done, our team will quietly pack up their tools and leave your space just as they found it. The best part? You don’t have to get dressed and face the EDSA traffic. You can stay in your robe, sip some water, or even head straight to bed while that post-massage glow is still fresh.
