Do you charge a transportation fee?

We do not charge any additional fees for transportation or home service. However, we require a minimum number of service hours, depending on your location.

Do your therapists bring a massage bed?

Our therapists do not bring a massage bed, but the massage can be conveniently done on your bed or sofa — whichever works best for you.

What areas do you serve?

We provide home service in the following areas within Metro Manila:

  • Central Metro: Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig (including BGC), Pasay, San Juan, Sta. Mesa, Sta. Ana, San Andres, Malate, Binondo, Pateros
  • South Metro: Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Sucat, Alabang, Las Piñas
  • East Metro: Pasig, Marikina, San Mateo
  • North Metro: Quezon City, Caloocan, Valenzuela

What are your operating hours?

We accept bookings daily from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday to Sunday).

Do you have a physical spa location?

We are a home service spa only and do not operate a physical location. Our therapists will come directly to your home for your convenience.

Are your therapists licensed or trained?

Yes, all our therapists are highly trained and experienced professionals. Each one goes through a strict screening and training process to ensure the highest quality of service.

Are your therapists male or female?

 We deploy female therapists only, for your comfort and peace of mind.

What do I need to prepare for the session?

 Please prepare a clean and quiet space, such as a bed or sofa. A towel or sheet is also recommended.

How far in advance should I book?

 We suggest booking 3 to 5 hours in advance, especially during peak times or weekends, to secure your preferred schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept cash, GCash, and bank transfers. Details will be sent upon confirmation.

Can I request the same therapist for future bookings?

Yes! You may request the same therapist, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

Do you offer couple or group sessions?

Yes, we can arrange couple or group sessions with multiple female therapists, subject to availability. Please book in advance.

Is it safe to book a home service massage?

 Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority. All therapists undergo background checks and screening, and we maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least one day in advance.

Same-day cancellations are not allowed, as we reserve your slot and assign a therapist specifically for you. Please inform us as early as possible if there are any changes to your schedule.

What safety protocols do you follow?

Our therapists follow strict hygiene and safety practices. They arrive in clean uniform, sanitize hands before starting, and use clean towels and supplies for every session.

What should I do after the massage?

We recommend staying hydrated and resting after your session to allow your body to fully benefit from the massage. Avoid strenuous activities immediately afterward.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once you fill out the form and notify us, you’ll receive a confirmation message with the therapist’s name and estimated arrival time. Bookings are considered confirmed only after this step.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but always appreciated as a token of gratitude for your therapist’s service.
